Make a pop-up card

You will need:

  • Two sheets of stiff paper 21.5cm x 28cm or larger
  • Ruler and pencil
  • Scissors
  • Glue stick
  • Markers or gel pens, stickers, and pictures

1. Draw a few squares or rectangles of different sizes on the front of one sheet of paper, using a ruler to make the lines straight.

2. Cut around three sides of each square. Fold the window flaps open.

3.
Apply glue stick to the back of the cut piece of paper. Avoid getting glue on the window flaps. Place the paper, glue side down, on the second piece of paper, keeping the edges even.

4. Decorate the outside of the windows and the card. Then open the windows and write messages, or glue pictures and stickers inside.
