Mae Scourfield, 5

For my Junior Reporter assignment, my mummy and I went to Cactus Kitchens for a Cinderella Honestly Healthy Baking Day. We learnt how to make yummy pumpkin and sage gnocchi, and blueberry and courgette muffins with a chef called Natasha Corett, who was very good at explaining things. We got to chop, mix, fry and bake and we used lots of healthy ingredients, like coconut oil and agave syrup - something I hadn't heard of before! Plus, we got to ask Natasha lots of questions. Probably the best part of the day was being allowed to cook wearing a Cinderella dress, which you can see from my video. And eating all the food I'd made, of course!

Cinderella is out now on Disney Blu-ray and DVD!
