Spooky super-sleuth, Chris Conway, believes he can communicate with ghosts. So, we caught up with him for a chat...
NG Kids Hi Chris! When did you first realise you could talk to ghosts?
Chris Conway When I was six-years-old, my mum and dad were walking down the hallway and they could hear me talking to somebody. They assumed I had a friend in my room with me, but when they opened the bedroom door I was sitting on the floor talking to what looked like nobody. When I described who I was talking to, it turned out to be a friendly old couple who used to live in the house!
NGK Spooky! So should we be scared of ghosts?
Chris No, spirits can’t hurt you. They can be a bit mischievous and make the lights flicker but they're totally harmelss and nothing to be scared of.
NGK What should we do if we think our house is haunted?
Chris The first thing to do is take the scientific route and see if there’s an explanation for what you think is happening. If the lights are flickering, then call an electrician or if you can feel a cold draught, check the window isn’t open. If you can’t find a scientific reason, maybe it’s time to contact a ghost expert!
NGK Where is the spookiest place you’ve visited?
