The Into Film Awards Winners!

National Geographic Kids headed to London's Leicester Square last month to attend the inspiring Into Film Awards! Kids aged 5-19 from around the UK entered their short films in five different categories, and famous stars presented the awards to the young winners. The videos we saw were awesome! Take a look at some of the winning short films...

Best Animation (12 and under)

Winner: Thurstonland School and Big Voice Media, Huddersfield - Monkey & Wombat

Best Animation (13 and over)
Winner: My Pockets and Westfield Arts College, Dorset - The Boy Who Stayed In

Other winners included The Pauline Quirke academy, Leicester, who won the Best Film (12 and under) category with Blindside, the Cornerhouse BFI Film Academy 2 Group, Manchester, who won the Best Film (13 and over) category with Fall, and the Film City Production Agency and MY STREET film group, Derbyshire, who won Best Documentary (13 and over) with First Days. Well done, guys!
