 Could this be the Morgawr?
Morgawr
Meaning ‘sea giant’ in Cornish, the Morgawr has been spotted in Falmouth Bay, Cornwall for around 200 years. Described as over 20 feet long with an eight foot tail, scaly legs and a horned head, many have compared the mysterious sea creature to the Loch Ness Monster.
Fast fact! There have been reports of a similar monster in Lake Tahoe in California, called Tessie!

Is this picture real or a fake?
Bigfoot
Hundreds of people in America claim to have seen this strange beast. At 2.4m tall, Bigfoot is a huge, hairy ape-like creature, who was first spotted roaming the mountains of North America 400 years ago. Films and photos of the creature exist, but experts generally think they’re cleverly-made hoaxes!
Fast fact! Similar critters to Bigfoot have also been spotted in other parts of the world, including the Himalayas, where the beast is known as the Yeti or Abominable Snowman.

Does the Beast Of Bodmin look like this panther?
Beast Of Bodmin
People first spotted a large animal, known as the Beast Of Bodmin, on Bodmin Moor in Cornwall back in 1971. Footage has been filmed of the panther-like creature, but no one has ever caught or trapped it. Some people think the strange cat may be an illegal pet that has escaped, while others say it’s a spooky apparition!
Fast fact! There’s a similar big cat called the Beast Of Exmoor, in Devon!

Is this a picture of Nessie or just a log?

Loch Ness Monster
There have been sightings of a strange creature in the water at Scotland’s Loch Ness for over 1,000 years. Some researchers think the monster, nicknamed Nessie, is a prehistoric plesiosaur living in the lake. However, other experts say the sightings are just logs or wreckage from boats!
Fast fact! Some researchers think Nessie is actually a species of seal!
