Michelle Obama and NG Kids readers take part in Let's Jump for Guinness world records!

From 8pm on the 11 October till 8pm on the 12 October, we needed you guys to spend one minute doing star jumps with your pals, class mates or family. Did you manage to get your jumps in? We did!

The kids from Soho Parish School and presenter Jassa Ahluwali came down to the National Geographic store in London and joined us for our one minute jump off as part of our 24-hour challenge to break the world record for most number of people doing star jumps at the same time! Check out some photo’s from the jump-off below...

Jassa had a great time jumping!
So how did you do, gang? Did you manage to get jumping? If you did, don’t forget to send in all of your forms and evidence by following the links on this page HERE.
And remember, as well as the chance to be a record breaker, your star-jumping crew could also win two cool Global Goal footy training aids, plus official adidas Olympic clothing worth £200 from uniform, sportswear and teamwear suppliers, Sportswear International!
We are looking for the wackiest photo of the record attempt, so send any wacky and weird photos in with your entry and you could be a winner!
To break the record, more than 20,425 people needed to do star jumps for one minute over the 24-hour time period. Catch up with us in March 2012 to find out whether we were successful in breaking the world record, fingers crossed!
