Let's Jump!

Get ready to jump into action, gang!

Here’s your chance to join the USA’s First Lady, Michelle Obama , and thousands of kids across the globe to try to break
the Guinness world record for the most people doing star jumps together – EVER!
To take part, we need more than 20,000 people around the world to do star jumps together. So get your friends, classmates, sports team, after-school group or family together and jump for one minute anytime between 8pm on the 11 October and 8pm on the 12 October 2011. You have a 24 hour window to help make NG Kids a record breaker! Check out this fun video for more details...

You’ll need to get your group together at some point over the 24-hour period, along with two witnesses and a timekeeper, and you’ll be ready to get jumping! And remember, to break the record we need as many people to get jumping as possible so you can even get your whole school to take part!

To be part of a Guinness World Record attempt, there are some rules that you have to follow to make your star jumps count! For the official record-busting rules, click HERE to print them out and pass them to a parent, guardian or adult helping you with the record attempt.

You can print out your entry form right HERE , and send it to the address below to hopefully become a Guinness World Record Breaker!

We are looking for the wackiest photo of the record attempt, so why not do your jumps in fancy dress and silly wigs or pulling funny faces? Send your photos in with your entry and you could be a winner!
