Let's Jump!
Get ready to jump into action, gang!

You’ll need to get your group together at some point over the 24-hour period, along with two witnesses and a timekeeper, and you’ll be ready to get jumping! And remember, to break the record we need as many people to get jumping as possible so you can even get your whole school to take part!
To be part of a Guinness World Record attempt, there are some rules that you have to follow to make your star jumps count! For the official record-busting rules, click HERE to print them out and pass them to a parent, guardian or adult helping you with the record attempt.
You can print out your entry form right HERE , and send it to the address below to hopefully become a Guinness World Record Breaker!

As well as the chance to be a record breaker, your star-jumping crew could also win two cool Global Goal footy training aids, plus official adidas Olympic clothing worth £200 from uniform, sportswear and teamwear suppliers, Sportswear International!
We are looking for the wackiest photo of the record attempt, so why not do your jumps in fancy dress and silly wigs or pulling funny faces? Send your photos in with your entry and you could be a winner!

THE PERFECT STAR JUMP
Follow these tips on perfecting your star jumping!
- Start with your arms by your side and your feet together.
- Next, jump up, opening your legs wide and moving your arms out to make a star shape.
